Shipping Policy Although you may select a 2 or 3 day delivery that time is only measured from the point the items are shipped with the carrier. There are several steps an order goes through in order to be prepared to ship to you. Please review these steps in item #1 above. 4. If for some reason UPS will not be able to deliver to your area we will chose an alternate carrier at our discretion. We provide options for you to select the shipping priority of your packages your choices are UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS Ground. 3. What method of shipping does A Boca Baby employ? Shipping charges are determined during the checkout process and provided directly from our shipping carrier. Shipping charges are actual costs from the carrier, no additional charges have been added by A Boca Baby, Inc. to ship your purchases to you. These charges are calculated based on the weight and sizes of the products you purchased. 2. How are my shipping charges calculated? Once the item has left our warehouse and is with the carrier the order status is updated with a status of Shipped. Once the order has been placed in this status a tracking number will be provided by the carrier. This tracking number will also be sent in an e-mail to you so that you may track the package with our Order Status feature or directly on the website of our carrier. Once your items have been pulled from the warehouse the order goes into a Shipment Preparation status. In this process your items are packaged in our special A Boca Baby rapping and placed into a shipping box for pickup. From here the package is ready for shipment. After you payment has been confirmed your order changes status and moves to the Order Processing status. In this stage the individual items are selected from the warehouse. We pride ourselves on having most items in stock and on-hand at our warehouse locations. This gives us an advantage over many on-line retailers who order from manufacturers as you place orders from them. By having items in stock for you we decrease the amount of time it takes for you to get your purchases. We look at your order and verify your credit card has processed correctly. If your billing address does not match what is on record with your credit card company your payment will not be processed and your order will not proceed further. This will cause a delay in the Payment Confirmation process. If you payment is not accepted we will contact you using the information you provided during the checkout process. If we can not reach you to resolve the issue or you do not respond your order will be cancelled.
